Before riding straight into the cars, here is what is ventilated seats. This luxury feature was first a part of the portfolio of high-end vehicles. But now, these are a part of many so somewhat affordable cars.
The seats that are ventilated have several small fans underneath the seats that direct the air through small plastic tubes and then through the perforations on the seats. Usually, it is the cabin air that is pumped out through the perforations. A thing to add is that ventilated seats should now be confused with heated or cooled seats as all of them function differently.
We can produce RoHS compliant automotive blower fans in different specifications. Offered as DC blower fans, these devices can be availed in a variety of voltages and sizes. They have a round enclosed impeller, with both the impeller and enclosure made of UL94V-0 plastic. The operating range automotive blower fans is 12 to 48 volts, and the operating temperature range from -40°C~70°C. The benefit here is our automotive blower fans produce less heat, and hence have a long operational life. The fan design is resistant to noise, vibration, and other harsh parameters.

Our plan of action is making it localized as soon as possible. For the same we have tied up with US based company for technical support.
Mean time, we have developed a CONTROLLER which is 100% made inhouse and also have completed assembly of the child parts at our end. This is also a part of localization which we have already developed and implemented.
